Sub-processors and model providers
Shiftline uses sub-processors only where needed to provide, secure, support, monitor, or operate the services. Customer data is not sold, used for advertising, or used for unrelated commercial profiling. For managed model inference, Shiftline uses Google Cloud Platform, including Vertex AI, where appropriate for a customer deployment.

Customer responsibilities
Customers remain responsible for deciding what data may be processed, selecting connected systems, obtaining lawful rights and permissions, configuring user access, approving production workflows, reviewing AI-assisted outputs where human judgement is required, and complying with sector-specific laws that apply to their business.
Child safety
Shiftline AI Ltd does not operate consumer-facing products directly accessible to children. Where customers deploy Shiftline technology in products or workflows that may involve minors, responsibility for age-gating, parental consent, lawful basis, content policies, notices, and compliance with applicable child protection laws rests with the customer as controller or product operator.
Shiftline may provide processor-level safeguards such as content filtering, prompt hygiene controls, approval gates, and monitoring features where agreed. These safeguards do not transfer the customer’s controller, publisher, product-safety, or sector-specific obligations to Shiftline.
